Returns & Exchanges
Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
We operate under a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.
For any customized items (including selections such as length, color, or other personalized options), we maintain a strict no exchange policy.
Any special requests for customization (such as changes to size or length) must be communicated to our customer service team before placing the order. These requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Once the order is confirmed, it will be treated as final and our production team will begin processing it.
Unclaimed Orders
If a customer fails to accept delivery or collect their order within 90 days from the shipping date, the order will be considered abandoned.
In such cases, FUTURIST TRADING FZ LLC reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise use the items at our discretion. Any deposit or full payment made by the customer will not be refunded.
Alteration Requests
If you require alterations after receiving your order (for example, length adjustments), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
If your request is accepted (subject to availability), the item must be returned in its original condition, meaning:
unworn
unwashed
undamaged
in its original packaging
accompanied by the original receipt
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to alterations, as well as any applicable customs duties or charges.
Alteration Approval
Please note that FUTURIST TRADING FZ LLC is not obligated to accept alteration or exchange requests once an order has been confirmed.
Any such requests will be considered solely based on availability and at the goodwill and discretion of the company.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the rare case that:
the item received is damaged, or
the item received is incorrect due to an error on our part.
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Company Cancellation & Refund Processing
If an order is cancelled by SHAMIA / FUTURIST TRADING FZ LLC after payment has been successfully processed (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing/technical error, or inability to fulfill the order), the customer will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
In case of duplicate charges or technical payment errors, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
